Room was spotless, staff amazing, breakfast was the best I've ever had from any hotel in the world. My only complaint is there was a lack of information about some of the available amenties. It was a little bit of explore and self discovery.

Everything was perfect but the staff was outstanding. Ms Vũ Thi Linh phúc, FO Supervisor, Ms Vǎn Thi Nhân, Dining room Supervisor and Ms Tran Thi Kim Ngan, Rooms Division Manager all deserve special recognition.
