“I booked a king bed through Expedia but when I got there, they said they did not have that room so we got a queen bed. I would’ve preferred to get what I booked but it was ok. No complaints with the hotel itself or the staff. But I like to have the booking I requested. It seems like a systems error to me.”

“The hotel was good. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport, that was one of the reasons we stayed there. We were there for 2 nights and expected housecleaning to come after our first night there but they didn't. It wasn't a problem really but was disappointing. "Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media.
