Chalet a Eagle Bay

“Remote check in by text worked, no issues. Ten feet from water edge- definitely water front as described. Great for families if warm outside. Small well equipped kitchenette with nice size fridge. Beds not bad, very quiet. Beautiful spot, but not my 70 year old kind of desired taste. Kids that like water will love the sandy shore and view.”

“Cabin was exactly as expected. Comfortable, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed our time there.”

“Newly renovated, spacious, well appointed cabin that was impeccably clean. Bed was comfy and cabin is nicely located in between Old Forge and Inlet.”

“The cabin was clean and just the right size for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit and proximity to the lake. It was a nice base camp for activities in the area including hikes, the Enchanted Forest Water Safari, rail bike ride, train excursion, and the Herkimer Diamond Mine. The owners and Marcus were very kind and attentive.”

“Perfect beautiful place for my husband and I with our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Maggie. Wi-Fi was on and off, required resetting a couple of times. But, we loved the peace and quiet. Was perfect for exploring trails in the area. Moss Lake Trailhead was our favorite. Perfect between Old Forge and Inlet. It was across the road and a little walk from Big Moose Lake and the pic of the gazebo. and the gazebo and docks need some repair. Construction occurring and we just kept away from the area....

“Great place, peaceful, quiet, and well appointed.”

“Camp Orvis is a wonderful house in the Adirondack Park. Clean, comfy and quiet! Host is wonderful! Two bathrooms are also a a bonus.”
