“I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there.

“The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric.”
