What some guests may not like about our listing:
- townhouses sometimes have additional noise with neighbors. We haven't had anyone mention/complain about this yet, but it's still a potential.
- The neighborhood is new construction and during the day they are still building out about half of it. You'll notice dust and work noise when you go outside because of this, and likely will hear some from the living room and master bed.

Our house comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 king beds, 1 queen in the third room (upstairs), a queen sized air mattress, and a great oversized couch in the living room. The home occupancy permits 9 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
