“We stayed during the great snow storm of 2026 and had the best time. Our room was a pool view but the front desk helped us change to a balcony on the 6th floor. What a magnificent view. The room and hotel were beautifully kept. We enjoyed breakfast all 3 days. It wasn't elaborate as far as breakfast bars are concerned, but well maintained. “I had the most pleasant experience during my stay in Wilmington. Starting even before I arrived. I needed to change my room option from one bed to two and when I called, I spoke to someone who was very friendly during our call and was able to make that change. Upon arrival, another friendly front desk staff member greeted me. I checked in quickly and received two bottles of water. My room was large and nicely appointed. I did not lack anything.
