I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. The water I was cool in the shower and didn’t really heat up much, and when we turned on the AC unit it waded this loud humming noise the entire time it was on. It was pretty aggravating. “Property was a mess. Smelled of weed. No elevator. Property was filthy. All exterior doors were unsecured (as in busted). Fire alarm needed you to bring your own battery. No in room phone. Security latch on room door was missing and dead bolt would not lock. Bathroom door looked to be from a rehab and had a fist hole in the back of it. “The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!”
