Lovely 3br / 2ba Hideaway! Ottimo per gruppi e famiglie! Viste in entrata e in denali

Questo ha tutto - così carino con un'atmosfera da fattoria, pensa Joanna Gains! Accoglie gruppi più grandi e meraviglioso per famiglie / kiddos. Posizione fantastica (convenientemente situato a metà strada tra Anchorage e Mat-Su Valley). A soli 15 minuti dal centro di Anchorage e su un acro, questa proprietà si trova in un parco statale dove si può sperimentare l'Alaska nella sua vera gloria. Grandi escursioni, anche al Monte. Baldy se scegli tutto a pochi passi dalla tua porta di casa. A soli tre minuti di auto da negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, servizi termali e locali notturni nella dolce cittadina di Eagle River. Il parcheggio è gratuito e c'è molto. Tranquillo e pacifico. I bambini adoreranno la casa dei giochi, altalene e camion tonka.

Goditi un bicchiere di vino o una cena sul ponte, o immergiti nella vasca oversize dopo un'emozionante giornata di osservazione della fauna selvatica, birdwatching, escursioni, ecc.
Goditi una partita di pallavolo o badmentin sul prato o sederti intorno al pozzo del fuoco mentre visiti i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia. Alci e anche orso a volte passano attraverso. C'è davvero qualcosa per tutti!

C'è una seconda casa nella proprietà accanto (unifamiliare separata e separata), con una coppia dolce che si tiene per sé, ma per favore sii consapevole nel caso in cui vedi qualcuno che viene o che va.

Beautiful Hideaway

This was a beautiful, clean and spacious home that accommodated our party of 10 adults and one teen. It was easy to access and close to Anchorage. We appreciated the bear repellent and mosquito spray that was available at the home. The washer and dryer were very helpful as we tried to limit our luggage. It was a quiet area and the neighbors were friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located home away from home

This home worked perfect for our family to stay and spend a few days exploring the Anchorage area. Plenty of space and well appointed kitchen for all of us to be comfortable and enjoy our time in Eagle River.

Spacious and comfortable in Eagle River!

My two friends and I stayed here for six nights. The property is quite spacious but has a lot of stairs. We got to enjoy the lovely private deck the first evening we arrived, but the rest of the time it was rainy or too wet. We never used the hot tub. We cooked a few times and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were pretty good. We used the location to enjoy hiking, and there are lots of trails nearby.

Great stay in Eagle River with Family

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with! Great amenities for kids and families and would recommend to others!

Honeymoon Getaway

We could not have asked for a better stay for our first time in Alaska. The house was so homey and personal with a personalized message for us on the chalkboard. The house is in such a great location- Just a short distance from anchorage as well as all the excursions we decided to do on our trip. We were so excited about the hot tub! We still got some use out of it even though it snowed pretty much our entire trip! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! We would love to plan another trip with our entire family.

Cozy, clean & convenient

My family of 7 adults stayed for a week. Check in was easy, the home had plenty of space, and our host even left a welcome message and gift! Lynde was very responsive even when a couple of bears got into the trash can next door (all were safe). The location is easy access to groceries, a few restaurants and simple route to Anchorage. We highly recommend Lynde as a host and her home!

Lovely, sparkling clean cottage in perfect location

The cottage on Savage Drive proved to be the perfect place for our group and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Beds were plentiful and linens -bright white. Everything felt as clean (or better!) than at home including bathrooms, kitchen and hot tub. Directions were posted throughout, but did not seem intrusive...again, every care was taken to provide a beautiful and farmhouse feel. Loved that bear spray was available to use; luckily we didn't need it, but how nice that we felt better having it on our hikes and adventures during our stay. From the big things (cleanliness and location) to the little things (snack basket, coffee and wine in the kitchen) our stay at Lynde's cottage was unique, relaxing and well worth the cost. 5 stars!!!! We will be back.

Nice place for a group!

Lovely short getaway location for our group of friends - the host even left us a little welcome gift! Very cozy home, comfortable beds, great decor. Flights of stairs both inside and outside, so keep that in mind if there are folks with mobility issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Posh retreat with something for everyone

We had a wonderful time in the very welcoming and thoughtfully prepared house. From the hot tub, to marshmallow roasting skewers to go with the fire pit, to the welcome bottle of wine — everyone could find a place to relax and enjoy themselves. Thanks again!

A great April Location

We chose to stay here because I have a friend who lives nearby with whom we wanted to visit AND we wanted easy access to the highway to go see all the wonderful things Alaska has to offer. This house offered my family of six plenty of room to spread out (and lots of beds, which was helpful when my littlest had a hard time sleeping and had to move locations). The house is in a quiet area with gorgeous views, and has easy access to stores, restaurants, the highway, etc. The owners were very welcoming and also very responsive. My friend and her husband came over here in the evenings because the family room/kitchen area had so much room to hang out, make food, and visit. We are moving on to Talkeetna today, but my kids would be perfectly happy to stay here if that was an option. For families with children, it is an easy house to stay in with small touches for kids (a pack and play for babies, a playset out back) and just the right amount of Alaska calm mixed with access to everything you need while traveling with young ones. Definitely a place to return if/when we come back to Alaska.

The home was very clean, impeccably decorated, and the Owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top-notch. We highly recommend this place. If we are back in the area, we'll be begging to stay here!

The kitchen and upstairs was large enough for our team to gather and eat.

The stairs leading up to the house were staggered and several girls fell walking up and down the stairs. There is a side hill that can be used also. It was extremely hot the first couple of days and when we had to leave the windows open there were a ton of wasps that came inside the house.
