The front desk lady was helpful, but overwhelmed when it got a little crowded and couldn’t handle people checking in as well as purchasing from the amenities area…. Seems like she could’ve used a back up during prime check-in time…. great amenity selection though!”

The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse.The Room was Disgusting: The bathroom sink was heavily stained, and the floor towel provided to us had a visible brown stain on it.Filthy Appliances: Both the microwave and the refrigerator were super terrible. “There were only 4 very small beat up pillows on a king sized bed. The shower was awful... Couldn't t even use it looked.thatnnad. You could see daylight under the door. We had to use one of the 2 available washclothes to wipe off atamda.by the bed to.evwn be able to set a drink on them. They were so.dorty, they were sticky. The hallways were filthy. I would not even list this place on the hotel listings as a choice. We should get our money back. Shouldn't have to clean a room you pay good...
