“The staff was great—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is nice and quiet, just outside of De Queen, which made for a relaxing environment. During the severe storms while we were there, they made it a priority to ensure we knew where to go and kept everyone informed, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is definitely one of the better options in the area.”

“Overall the hotel was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleanish, though we found some stains on bed spreads. We didnt look closer to see if old or new from not washed. Id recommend if you are passing through as we were.”

“Do not stay here. Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was ok. We traveled with another couple. Our room was located by the lobby. The other couple was at the far end of the hallway. From 9:00 pm - 11:45 pm the were people congregating in the lobby, with several children, the children were running all over the lobby, up and down the hallway, screaming and crying. The adults did nothing to stop the children. As the kids cried and yelled, the adults talked louder and louder to be heard over...

“As a solo female traveler, this was one of the most frightening hotel experiences I have ever had. At approximately 4:30 a.m., I was awakened by a stranger attempting to enter my room. The only reason they did not gain full access was because the security bar was engaged. Had that bar not been in place, a complete stranger would have entered my room while I was asleep. When I reported the incident to the front desk, I was told it was simply an error and that someone had mistakenly been given...

“We had the most amazing and relaxing time on our trip. The cabin is just a few minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It was quiet and relaxing. The cabin is well stocked with dishes. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!”
