“I stayed at this property because it was really close to great Wolf Lodge. The property is right in front of great Wolf Lodge. You can walk there from the property. The rooms were spacious. There was a full refrigerator in the room a microwave in a full breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed this hotel. I do recommend it I would go back.”

“While we understand that unexpected situations can happen, our biggest concern was the lack of communication regarding our room availability. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but our room was not ready until nearly three hours later. Had we been kept informed with regular updates or given a realistic estimate of the delay, it would have greatly improved the experience and allowed us to plan accordingly. “It was really disturbing. People with loud music and talking, laughing and playing around really loud until midnight. I call the office around 11pm and nothing change.”
