“This is my second stay, booked a double this time with tea making facility’s, very good, nice clean room, towels. Room was warm. Looking forward to more stays.”

“Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche”

“Wonderful landing spot in Norwich! Clean, bright, spacious, and cozy room, calm and friendly atmosphere, and super kind, responsive hosts. Great location too; easy walk to the city centre, but peaceful and beautiful residential neighborhood.”

“We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”

“I love staying here when I visit family. It’s in walking distance to many shopping and eating places and is a very artistic area. The staff here is always very friendly and accommodating. ”

“The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again”
