“We arrived in the dining area at 9:06 am. Kitchen staff were removing all of the remaining breakfast items. In fact, a rude staff member stepped right in front of us to remove items. Items that were undoubtedly thrown in the trash! And, there was no coffee left. We turned to a woman that appeared to have some management responsibility. “I checked into my room. Apparently they overlooked the fact my room wasn’t completely cleaned, the towel hook was laying on the floor with Sheetrock dust and the toilet didn’t flush. I wasn’t impressed. This is not a Hilton property as I know them”
