“We stayed here for five days with our two German Sheps and absolutely loved it. First of all, this is the most well stocked rental I think we have ever stayed in, especially kitchen supplies. The proximity to hiking was fantastic, with several excellent hikes in DuPont State Park literally minutes away. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and playing fetch while we enjoyed a fire and the peaceful surroundings. We did make it down to the creek and waterfall on the property, which was beautiful...

The delicious cookies on arrival set the tone for our stay. Our host Ilse was very welcoming and helpful. She owns and lives on the property but a ways off so there is plenty of privacy. She is there if you need something, but gave us plenty of space otherwise. We enjoyed feeding carrots to the horse, watching the variety of birds, etc. and...
