    Hot Tub & Sauna Use Notice: The hot tub is equipped with a cover but does not have a locking mechanism. The infrared sauna is located in the garage and is available for guest use. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present in either area. Guests assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of both the hot tub and sauna. By choosing to use these amenities, guests agree to follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines and to ensure children are properly supervised at all times. Neither the property owner nor the management company shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or misuse related to the hot tub or sauna.

    Day trips are also a breeze, with charming towns like New London, Tilton, and Franklin just a short drive away. For guests coming from out of state, the property is about 30 minutes from Interstate 89, 45 minutes from Concord, and roughly 90 minutes from Boston—making it an easy weekend escape or extended getaway.
