Affascinante Lake Front Cottage sul lago Highland

Cottage sul lago di Highland Lake con 80 piedi di accesso al lago privato graduale sabbioso graduale, molo privato (in stagione) e prato erboso. Rilassatevi nel comfort del portico chiuso sul lago o all'interno della camera da letto 2 recentemente rinnovata (la 1a camera ha 1 letto queen size e la seconda ha 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli) e 1 cottage da bagno. 6 posti letto in letti, massimo 6 persone. Aria condizionata / riscaldamento sia al piano superiore che in basso. Goditi l'acqua cristallina, dock con tacchette per allacciare la barca, griglia, chiamate lunari, tramonti mozzafiato, avventure all'isola di mirtilli (sì, ci sono mirtilli selvatici freschi di stagione), prato, spiaggia pubblica dall'altra parte della strada, pozzo del fuoco, nelle immediate vicinanze della Proctor Academy, a un isolato dal Northern Rail Trail (94 km di piste ciclabili e pedonali dedicate), mezzo miglio da Highland Lake Inn (popolare locale per matrimoni), vicino a ponti coperti, vicino a sentieri escursionistici tra cui cascate, fogliame autunnale mozzafiato ( proprio dal fronte chiaro) e tutto ciò che la regione dei laghi ha da offrire.

Il lago Highland si trova nel mezzo della regione dei laghi situata tra il lago Sunapee, il lago Newfound e il lago Winnipesaukee ad Andover, NH. 1 ora e 45 minuti a nord di Boston. È un lago alimentato da sorgenti con acqua limpida, perfetto per nuotare, pescare, andare in kayak, paddle boarding, motoscafo, tubi, sci nautico e tutte le altre attività acquatiche. La spiaggia della città è dall'altra parte della strada per il vostro uso e c'è un varo pubblico lungo il canale. È un lago più tranquillo, ideale per il relax e per i bambini. I kayak disponibili a un costo aggiuntivo, devono essere noleggiati per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

Nice stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The front porch was comfortable and offered nice views of our part of the lake. The air conditioning is comprised of one wall unit on first floor. It wzs effective. Upstairs, one wall unit in one bedroom. Unfortunately, it did nothing for the other bedroom. Other than that, it was nice.

Lovely relaxing week on Highland Lake

We spent a lovely week on Highland Lake in this charming cabin with our teens. Relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine and good weather. Well appointed and clean. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the swimming platform and we loved the walk in accessibility to lake. Thank you!

Quiet getaway cottage

Quiet getaway

Property is located on a small lake that is very calm and mostly quiet. Great for paddleboarding and kayaking. Kids enjoyed playing in the water and the provided beach toys were a big hit. The cabin is quite roomy in the first floor living space and we were very comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a nice stay at this house! Cozy and just what we needed. Loved that it was right on the lake with its own little beach. My son loved the sandbox of sand toys and the hammock! Nice having the screened in porch as well. :)

peaceful lakeside retreat

Can’t beat the gradual entrance, docks, and pristine water for swimming right in the backyard. Especially perfect for young swimmers. Cottage is well-stocked and decorated, and very cozy. Lots of little and high quality touches that make guests feel very welcome. Will be back!

Absolutely perfect

What a Lovely Comfortable Tastefully decorated cottage with a beautiful view. The foliage reflecting across the lake was spectacular. The porch Overlooking the Lake was our favorite place to Have coffee in the morning and relax after a day outside. Having the rail trail practically right outside the door was a huge plus for us. Perfect if you are looking for a smaller lake that is picturesque with not a lot of loud boat motors whizzing by constantly. Quiet enough to hear the loons the first night we were there. Liz was very responsive to our questions.

Quaint and peaceful

We had a great stay...Liz was a great host and very responsive. We highly recommend renting the kids kayaks, my 6&8 year old boys were very entertained rowing over to the small island. We brought our bikes and did the Rail Trail which is basically in their backyard. House clean and nicely decorated, can’t ask for a better swimming spot for young kids. We brought our bass fishing boat and had some luck catching small mouth bass and kids caught plenty of sunfish. Firepit right on the lake was nice to have. My husband had to work so having strong WiFi was a must and it worked out well. Thanks to Liz!!!

Great stay!

Perfect location and cottage was beautifully decorated! Liz was very responsive to all of my questions. Highly recommend renting kayaks for the lake. My girls age 5 and 7 loved the easy access to the lake and spent most of the time swimming and kayaking. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Glorious place in hot weather!

This adorable cottage was a perfect getaway for our family. Three kids (14, 12, 9) were perfectly happy floating and jumping in the lake. Wifi was perfect for phone/iPad downtime (mam & dad too!). Stores/shopping about 20 minutes away, for anything you might've forgotten to pack (you forgot your swim floats & water shoes?!). The weather we had was absolutely beautiful: 90+ degrees, and the lake was perfect to chill all day. We grilled burgers & dogs, and then went for a ride for ice cream. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Thank you for helping us create lasting family memories!

Great get-away!

We had a wonderful time at Moss Landing! Liz was very communicative and the cottage was sparkling clean and wonderfully decorated. The lake is right outside the back porch which provided endless fun for our 2-yo daughter. We also really appreciated Liz's recommendations about local things to do. We also really appreciated the pack and play and booster seat that there there! Can't wait to visit again!

Most relaxing vacation ever. Cottage was great.

The cottage was small but very quaint. The only drawback for me was the distance from the upstairs bedrooms to the downstairs bathroom. But it was as advertised. It was great being right on the water and so very relaxing. My wife fell in love with the place. They also did an excellent job updating the electric and wiring. The boys were happy they had their internet for down times...

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved this little cottage on the lake! We are a family of 4 with 2 boys ages 3 and 4. The beach with shallow water was perfect for us. Everything was exactly as it looked in the photos if not better. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The cottage is clean and cozy. We would definitely like to rent this place again! Liz was helpful and very quick to communicate.
