“This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.”

“The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon.”
