“I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

“The owner called the cops on my friend that was staying at the hotel with me, when he was just on the phone in his truck. Now he is in jail so please be careful if you stay here. Very disappointed.”

The staff goes above and beyond every day to make sure you are having a good stay. The only surprise during my stay was a $15/day parking fee to have my car in the hotel parking lot.”
