“We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.”

“My stay was very horrible! I didn't have any TV for the first week and also no Internet during most of my visit! No one came to even check on the room for cleaning or anything! The property wasn't well maintained! During my visit since there were no Internet I still had to take my fiance to another city just for her to work! My visit was very HORRIBLE!!!”

If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.”

“The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine.”

“I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before.
