“Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance”

“Centipedes in our room, mostly in the bathroom. Called for housekeeping and they sent a nice girl up but didn't speak English for crying out loud! The restaurant got our breakfasts both mornings wrong. So disappointing for the White House, not what it use to be. Will never stay here again!”

“They staff was phenomenal very helpful and kind my niece and daughter were all smiles at the sweet lady that checked us in. Also the breakfast staff was so sweet and hard working room was very clean will stay again over all 10/10 !”

“No television, repairman couldn’t fix it. I was hoping for a little break on the bill. Front desk said no. My second time to stay there. Probably won’t return.”
