Boothbay / Ocean Point 1/1 Appartamento fronte mare climatizzato

Una camera da letto / 1 bagno appartamento di recente costruzione / appartamento sopra il garage con vista sull'oceano aperto verso Mohegan e diverse piccole isole. Siediti e goditi tramonti, albe e ammirare le stelle accanto alle onde che si infrangono sull'Oceano Atlantico. Rilassati sulla veranda protetta dai suoni di onde, corno da nebbia e campane a boa mentre leggi un buon libro. Guarda le barche a vela e gli aragoste che tirano su le loro trappole, cercano il vetro del mare sulla spiaggia o piccole creature nelle pozze di marea mentre salti da una roccia all'altra sul nostro litorale privato. Fai un'escursione a sud lungo la costa frastagliata fino a Grimes Cove e ammira la Ram Island Light house. Abbastanza vicino per godersi i ristoranti e i negozi di BoothBay Harbour o le gallerie, passeggiare per l'Ocean Point o i giardini botanici costieri del Maine, ma lontano dal trambusto dei turisti e della folla. La natura abbonda in questa zona boscosa di Ocean Point. Abbiamo individuato falco pescatore, foche, balene, cervi, volpi e tacchini selvatici. Questo appartamento sopra il garage di 1BR / 1Bath di 750 piedi quadrati ha delle scale che conducono gli ospiti a un portico schermato che si apre in una cucina arredata con gusto con sala da pranzo e soggiorno con vista sull'acqua. La cucina è ben attrezzata con frigorifero inossidabile side-by-side con macchina per il ghiaccio e distributore di acqua, fornello a gas a 4 fuochi con piastra rimovibile, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè. Piatti e utensili sono forniti per gustare i pasti cucinati in casa. Una griglia a gas è disponibile per cucinare una succosa bistecca o hamburger, oppure puoi fare una scampagnata / aragosta all'antica sulla nostra spiaggia privata! Il cottage / appartamento è arredato con gusto con mobili confortevoli per rilassarsi leggendo o guardando la TV via cavo. (wifi incluso) Quasi tutti i giorni e le notti è possibile aprire le finestre sulla brezza dell'oceano, ma per i giorni più caldi, è climatizzato e ha ventilatori a soffitto nell'LR e nella camera da letto per assicurare un soggiorno confortevole e riposante. Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto per goderti la nostra fuga "Ocean Spray"!

What a beautiful location! We spent 5 nights here and would loved to have stayed longer. This was our first trip to Maine so I had plans to do several day trips while based in Boothbay. We loved it so much here that we stayed in the Boothbay area the entire time.We were able to meet the owners and they are lovely people who are very welcoming to their home.Our favorite spot was the red chairs looking out over the water. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the fire pit one beautiful evening.The apartment has everything you might need and is very comfortable. I would not hesitate to return and am thankful that we were able to experience this beautiful home!

Had a great stay! Such a beautiful secluded spot, but also close to boothbay harbor and a lot of other Maine coast activities. The apartment itself was clean and nice and everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

I would call this property Serenity. This is a beautiful apartment that is directly on the rocky coastline. Close to Boothbay but far enough away to offer solitude. We loved watching the sunrise and a seal feed on fish every morning. It was magical.

Breath-Taking Beauty with relaxing accommodations

The picture is absolutely accurate showing this immaculate, lovely apartment. The woods around provided hiking, the ocean rocks were fun to scramble on. Loved golfing on the area as well as cruising on the ocean Beth and Dan are kind and friendly. We absolutely would recommend this if you are in Maine near Boothbay harbor. Thank you for a wonderful, quiet, i pressible view and vacation.

special beyond words

We have been in love with this spot for years , It is beautiful serene restfull neat and clean and has the best hosts , This year there was an additional sitting area higher up next to the apt which was wonderful . We love sitting on the red chairs right near the ocean and we also love sitting by the apt in view of the ocean with the sounds of nature in our ears , One cant ask for more ,we hope to be back again and again

We fell in love with this property when we saw the pictures and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The cottage is cozy and very comfortable but the views of the ocean are definitely the most wonderful part. We were fascinated watching the waves break on the rocks and the tides change the landscape hourly.We visited early in the season so the weather was wet and cold but we had fun exploring the area and making use of the well equipped kitchen to make some of our meals at home.The property manager and the owners were friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Amazing place

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this gorgeous ocean front property. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, we used the gas grill every night but one. After a full day of exploring, we sat on the red Adirondack chairs and just enjoyed the sound of the waves and the view. Beth and Dan were wonderful hosts. Beth made us a treat and after a long drive that was much appreciated! Can’t say enough. The stay was PEEFECT!

Fantastic brief last minute getaway!

My husband and I are new empty-nesters and have decided to explore new places. We decided on a last minute trip during fall break from school. We could not be happier about our decision to visit the beautiful state of Maine! This apartment is perfect: the view, the location, the layout, the amenities. We could not have asked for more! Best possible stay on central Maine coast

The Ocean Spray guest cottage has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the central Maine coast. The cottage is right at the ocean in East Boothbay, which is close to all the activities and restaurants in Boothbay Harbor without the congestion and the traffic. Beautiful walk at Ocean Point and the Botanical Gardens with the amazing trolls is only a short drive. Thanks to Frank's suggestion we ate at Coastal Prime (excellent anniversary dinner). The weather while we were there was sunny and lovely, but the cottage would have been cozy and splendidly equipped in any weather. You'll have a wonderful time. Easy to reserve, great communication, and great directions.
