“The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay.”

“Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him. ”

“Small (single) room but cozy and clean. It also offers every kind of amenities: from coffee machine, to kettle, to iron to bathrobe and slippers. The position is perfect: not far from the beach and easy to reach with the bus from the station. ”

“This is not a hotel. It's unstaffed with access via a security code. The property is an old converted house probably and I wonder if it has Building Regs approval. The stairs are narrow and steep and the walls are thin. Whilst everything is well decorated this seemingly papers over the cracks of previous/ongoing maintenance issues. The windows could do with a clean too. The water pressure in the morning was so poor that we were unable to take a shower. And I believe only 2/7 rooms were...

“L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione in pieno centro città, in pochi minuti si raggiungono il famoso Pier, le spiagge, il Royal Pavilion e le zone dello shopping. Ovviamente la zona è piena di ristoranti e pub. L’unico neo per chi viaggia in macchina è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio, soprattutto nei fine settimana”

“Ottimo hotel sopra un pub. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati nell'arredo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti e buona colazione. Unica pecca non ci è stata rifatta la stanza. Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”
