“Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good.

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit.
Hotel does not have elevators!!!
However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check...

“The place is outdated and rooms like there were from the 80's. The staff was not professional and had to switch my room 3 times because there damage to the room or a nasty smoking odor and Air Conditioner not working. 4th try i just said the hell with it and my wife and I were tired getting in town for a wedding. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY here.”
