The hotel fails in the following: -concierge services : no excursion activity offered , no Options what to do in the area. Only way to do something is through hotel cabs, min charge around 45€ for that. - lack Of hygiene by waiting stuff. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park.
