The hotel fails in the following: -concierge services : no excursion activity offered , no Options what to do in the area. Only way to do something is through hotel cabs, min charge around 45€ for that. - lack Of hygiene by waiting stuff. They touch your glasses, Plates , no gloves used. - bathroom full of limescale , doesn’t feel cleaned. I know water is hard here, but still. Stains on most furniture and...

I have an overnight bus to bangalore, the hotel offered a nice sofa to stay after checking out, and kept serving me tea and coffee. i booked hotel cab to bus station, the driver also kindly stay with me for 20 min till the correct bus came. the bus stopped in a different place than in the ticket, without cab driver s help i would probably miss it! ”
