“I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. This is something I’ve never experienced before in all my years of traveling and booking airport transfers through hotels. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.”

“This Hotel location is good.. But the rooms size are small we booked for three and the single queen bed room provided was very small to fit all we even checked for twin bed room which is also small.. The TV in the room is also not working and the bathroom are tiny.”
