“The hotel itself was awesome as well the staff was top notch. Only downfall is the amount of homeless out on the main road along this hotel. Which the hotel can not help. I would certainly stay here again for its warm welcome plus close proximity to the max(light rail).”

“The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful.
If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.”

“I arrived on Monday only to find out the restaurant is closed on Monday. I also was not told what to do with the parking. If it weren't for a nice young man that helped me check out I would not have known what to do about the parking. They told me that a shuttle runs every 30 minutes in the afternoon to pick up people from the airport. I waited for an hour. Nice staff but I don't think I would stay there again”
