The room was completely unacceptable. The wall paper was peeling. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. We had to keep the door shut with the bathroom fan running constantly. The fan clearly had not been serviced for a very long time. It sounded like a thousand crickets. The curtains were torn. I could go...
