Brand new immaculate cape style beach house

Lovely brand new home with ac and WiFi has a new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Wood floors throughout. Spacious living area off the kitchen with beautiful slider that opens to a spacious deck. The back yard is nicely landscaped with an enclosed fenced in yard. Great for family barbecues, and yard games that include corn hole .The new deck has seating for 8-10 guest, gas grill and gas fire pit with seating. It’s just a 2 mile bike ride or drive to Menauhant beach and approximately 3 miles to historic Falmouth village with shops, restaurants and public library. The Shining Sea Bike Path to woods hole and Falmouth harbor is a 15 minute drive. Within yards of your stay is a fully equipped Public play ground, tennis and basketball court. If you like to golf Falmouth country club is just 2.2 miles away.
Enter the first floor with a spacious open family room, partial cathedral ceilings with 55 inch screen tv. Plenty of seating for your group. Off the kitchen is a dining room that seats 8-10 with seating at the kitchen counter top for 4 . Dining room has a slider that opens to a large deck. Everything is new and spotless offers plenty of light and sunshine with great views from kitchen of the whole first floor and backyard the cook will miss nothing! Off the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and new large capacity washer and dryer. First floor bedroom is set back with queen bed. First floor has side door access to paved driveway. Second floor has open view to living room with 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed with twin trundle bed plenty of room to get away sit and read a book and relax. At top of stairs is a full bath with granite double sinks and large linen storage area. Second bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be easily converted to king if preferred. Third bedroom on the second floor has a full size bed with twin trundle under. All the bedrooms have spacious closets and dressers for additional storage and all the mattresses are brand new! The home is great for 2 families to share or one large family to enjoy. Whether you like to fish, bike, swim, play tennis, basketball, or just relax at home with your friends and family this cape house has it all!

Perfect family getaway...

We had a fantastic time on our end of summer vacation. The house was exactly how it was listed. Plenty of room for everyone and close to everything!! We would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic cape cod getaway!

We had a wonderful time on the cape! The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the grill, well appointed kitchen and easy living space of the house. We were close to great beaches (kids loved Woods Neck and Shore drive) and Falmouth for restaurants. The house is beautiful with a great fenced yard and deck. Thank you, Shelia and Ken!

Beautiful home

This property is exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. It has all that you would want for a beach vacation on the Cape. Owners were very prompt in responding to our questions and issues that we encountered. I would rent here again.

Cape Cod, East Falmouth

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to everything. It had lots of amenities inside and out. We all really enjoyed our stay. If we were to go back to the Cape, we would look into staying there again.

Beautiful Cape house

A new, roomy, very well kept property. It accommodated five of us easily. Lots of extras, including bikes, kayaks, bbq. Location gave us easy access to beach and downtown Falmouth. Highly recommended.

First trip to the Cape was a success!!

This property was awesome! Everything we needed and more. We only wish we had scheduled more than a week stay- could have stayed for a month ;) So much to see and do on the Cape! We hope to make it an annual adventure. Highly recommend this clean, neat, well-equipped home. Owners were great to communicate/work with as well!

Wonderful Experience

This was our home away from home for a beautiful week in East Falmouth. The home was exactly how described in the listing. We used all of the amenities. The boat shower was a family favorite. Looking forward to returning to East Falmouth next year.

Everything you could need

This house had everything and more that you could need for a great vacation, including fun beach equipment and yard games. Kitchen was better equipped than my own. The outdoor relaxing space was a bonus. Coolest outdoor shower we have seen. Location was very convenient for errands as well as beach, yet it was a quiet street. Such a pleasant week!

Great house for family getaway

Lovely, modern, and well equipped home. Owners very responsive and provided lots kf leisure activities-kayaks, bikes, cornhole, boogie boards, fire pit etc. Very nice outdoor shower. Not too far from Falmouth center and Manahunt beach.

Beautiful stay

This home was accurately described. It was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The pictures actually do not do justice. Sheila and Ken were very informative and gave great and insightful information prior to our stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here if we came to Falmouth again.. We highly recommend booking at this property. Beautiful and relaxing

This is a beautifully appointed and well located house with plenty of room for 8 people or so, a beautiful kitchen with everything you'd need, 2 lovely bathrooms, great outdoor space, and an enormous couch to chill (facing a huge Smart TV). Plus, the location is great. The 4 of us enjoyed a very relaxing weekend.

Awesome House & Yard

Modern home with all the amenities you’ll need for a vacation on the Cape. The property was very clean with plenty of room for the whole family. The fenced in back yard was great for activities. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they are very friendly. Would definitely rent again.

30th surprise

A group of friends stayed at the house for my boyfriends 30th birthday. We had such a great time and plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The fire pit was great and the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast for many people. The keypad at the front of the house was convenient to be able to come and go for everyone. Thanks Sheila and Ken for a great stay!

Beautiful home

I love this place.

New and clean and uncluttered, you can immediately feel right at home. For my money, the real star is the kitchen. Since our stay was during the Summer Of COVID, we ended up preparing all of our meals there. Ken and Sheila have outfitted the kitchen with everything you could wish for. A library of new appliances is stored right under the counter. Need a toaster? Blender? Coffee maker? Boom, you got it. And everything works. The doors and windows all open and close as you'd expect (okay, no big deal until you've stayed at one of those places with "old world charm"). The internet speed allowed us to do work when we had to (no trouble with Zoom meetings), the lounges on the deck were waiting when we needed to pour a drink and relax, and the little fire pit was perfect for a late nightcap while scheming the next day's menu. And Sheila and Ken were immediately responsive when ever we had questions.

New and comfortable

Sheila and Ken’s place is fantastic for a summer getaway. The house is brand new, and they have all the amenities you need (BBQ, fire pit, outdoor deck, bikes, kayaks, coffee machine, and very effective air conditioning). It comfortably fits a large group (we had 8) and we all slept so well! It was a great launchpad to explore Falmouth as well as great beaches in the Cape, and day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The hosts are also very helpful and communicative, we didn’t experience any issues and questions were answered quickly. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
