Welcome to beautiful E Falmouth. This unique home meets all you and your family's dreams for a Cape Cod vacation: beach, boating, biking and golfing for your day all within 2-3 miles, plus 100'' movie theater with sub Dolby surround sound system and in-door fitness, ping-pong table for night entertainment and totally relaxing at home. It features gas fireplace in large living room. Formal dinning with beautifully decorated hutch and light. Modern kitchen with island, stone counter-top and lighted cabinets and hutch. Four bedrooms with oversized king/queens and 2 set of bunkbeds for your little ones. Outside you have a private yard, both front and back, with patio table/chairs and gas firepit with marbles. Walking distance to the biggest golf country club in Cape Cod. Conveniently close to Martha's Vineyard ferry and all shopping and Falmouth city center where you find all sort of bars and restaurants. Professionally managed property guarantees your absolutely relaxing and worry-free vacation with family and friends. Short-term rental available upon on availability. The house was great but with many problems. The air conditioning unit in one bedroom was making such a loud humming sound that it was impossible to sleep in there. My 70 year old mother had to sleep on the couch in the living room. I called immediately to have someone look at it but no one ever showed up. The previous guests never put the garbage out and left it all in the garage. Upon our arrival, the whole house had a horrible smell. Also, the “movie theater” room which was one of the main attractions of the house did not work. My husband works with technology and couldn’t get the outdated system to function properly as a dvd player or as a streaming projector. This caused hours of frustration and disappointed children. Lastly, a heads up that you need a beach pass to park at almost all of the beaches in Falmouth would have been helpful. The welcome letter even said enjoy this complimentary bottle of wine but there wasn’t any wine in the house. The host was responsive to emails but I would never stay again due to all the unnecessary frustrations.

A comfortable stay in Falmouth

We had a great time at Linda's house in Falmouth. The space was comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of room for our extended family gathering. The location worked for us, in easy driving distance to many different beaches, but we would have appreciated more information about local attractions, beach parking, etc in the house. The management was responsive - there was a leak that was promptly attended to. All in all a fun vacation!

First trip to the Cape!

The home and property were very well maintained and clean. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). The home was close to everything you could possible need. We were in Cape Cod for a Nationals Dance Competition and this home and location were a perfect fit for me and my group! Anytime I had a question for the property owner she responded quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the cape.

Outstanding Stay at Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Cod. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and well equipped. Kitchen tools were readily available and the grill was great. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

Our family enjoyed a wonderful family gathering in this lovely rental. Every room is well appointed and comfortable. We are a family of 10 and we found the home very comfortable for relaxing and visiting together. The children especially enjoyed the movie and playroom downstairs. We also enjoyed exploring Falmouth and looked forward to returning to the house at the end of the day to grill outside and relax by the fire pit. Would love to stay here again next time I visit family on the Cape.

Cape Visit

We had a nice time. The house was nicely decorated and provided clean fresh linens and towels as stated. I did feel that the kitchen appliances, and counter tops, bathroom sinks, and counter tops were barely wiped over as there were many smudges and streaks. We did have a problem with the washer and dryer as they were stackables but not securely in place. As the washer ran, the dryer almost fell over. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great Location and Nice House

The house is as shown, very clean and well maintained both indoor and outdoor. The home theater is a huge plus for family with kids. Location is more than convenient, very close to MV ferries, shops and restaurants. Linda is super kind and helpful, knowing the area very well that makes our stay easy and fun.
