Retreat into a home perfect for families and groups who want to get away. Nestled in a neighborhood but surrounded by trees, this spacious home is laid out with coming together in mind. There are multiple spaces for everyone to relax and put their feet up. The full kitchen is completely open in layout, featuring a prep island as well as full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator) to help you put together tasty meals. Of course, you can always grill out on the deck and enjoy your meals by the gas fire table if you're in the mood for outdoor time.
Helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer and partial air conditioning make this a pleasant place to rest during your vacation. Being located on an acre of land at the end of the street will ensure you have everything you need to escape to the Cape.

Streaming services available with guests' accounts.
Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for guest use in the storage shed located outside along the garage wall.
Age-appropriate games, books, and toys are available for younger guests.
Parties are prohibited on the property.
No smoking or fires on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: A Ring doorbell surveillance camera is installed at this home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
