Welcome to Sundrop Summer house located on a peaceful street in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of East Falmouth. This open concept home has been completely overhauled offering a modern take on a classic summer home. We are so excited to welcome our first guests!

Does peaceful sound a little slow paced for you? Don’t fret, take a quick 5 minute walk down to the neighborhood community center complete with a pool, tennis courts, playground, and baseball field. Did you come for the beach? Skip paying for parking and ride your bike it’s only a 10 minute ride! 👍🏻

Sound a little too busy ? Walk a few short steps over to Great Pond, an inlet from Falmouth Heights, and take in a breath taking sunset on the bench or dock. Better yet bring some kayaks and take a stroll around.

So the neighborhood amenities are pretty cool but what about the house? Welcome to this brand new completely renovated property. We designed this house to be a large open concept space with clean lines and modern touches without sacrificing a Cape Cod feel.

Start by entering your personalized code into the keyless entry lock and step into to the entryway. Sit on the built in bench and kick your shoes off, make yourself at home. Wow what a large living room! That’s a huge door! Is that a deck off the back? 65 inch flat screen tv! This place is pretty cool. Turn the corner and take in the brand new kitchen complete with all stainless steel Bosch appliances, large island, and quartz countertops! Ever tried an induction stove? No? Now is your chance! Oops! started a small kitchen fire don’t worry there’s a fire extinguisher under the sink. Don’t do that though. Love cooking outside? Let’s see what that big door back in the living room is all about. Step out onto the brand new 200 square foot deck complete with wrap around stairs. You already have your shoes off might as well take those socks off now and walk around the 3000 square feet of brand brand new grass. Wasn’t he talking about cooking outside? Look, a gigantic Weber grill capable of any of your grilling needs. Did you arrive in the evening and it’s refreshingly cool because you’re so so so close to the ocean? Let’s get that fire pit started up and recline in the brand new Adirondack chairs on top of the 400 square foot porcelain paver patio. Maybe it’s too soon for the fire we still have some bedrooms to check out. You’re renting the place so head to the master bedroom. Take in the clean lines and wood accents on the bed and sliding barn door to the master bath. Imagining a shower later in the beautifully tiled stand up shower with sliding glass doors? Don’t forget to connect your phone to the blue tooth speakers in the mirror and put on some of your favorite music. Maybe you should set the mood by changing the colors of the light……Are your guests tired from all this reading? They can enjoy the queen sleep number in the first guest room or the 2 twin xl nectar beds in the back. We think they’re perfect for 2 kids but they can fit 2 adults if you like to snuggle.

We are located 8 minutes from Bad Martha’s Brewery, 6 minutes from Cape Cod Winery, 7 minutes from Shipwrecked at the Heights, and 11 minutes from Main Street in Falmouth. We are also only 10 minutes from the Island Queen so take a day trip and head over to Martha’s Vineyard!
