“The hotel is very charming and conveniently located in Northampton. We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were nice nooks and crannies in the hotel where we were able to grab a lemonade and read a book. It was super charming. We were unexpectedly stuck in MA for a week when our brand new car broke down on a road trip. The hotel provide a nice respite and allowed us to walk to many restaurants, used book stores, and thrift shops.”

“The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.”

“Charged for early check in @ 2pm. I have never in my life been charged for an early check in at a hotel. I had travelled to attend a wake. Got to hotel around 2pm to change into suit for a wake @ 4pm about 1 hour away. Charge fee was not on information sheet on Expedia confirmation information. Hotel did not want to budge. Called Wyndham Hotels corporate, said they could do nothing as they were a franchise. Spoke to a supervisor, they said they would look into and have not heard back....
