While visiting Montana and GNP, GreyWood was our home for the second half of our trip on the East side of the park and was actually one of the highlights of our trip. Tana’s home is an authentic and established Montana cabin out on the corner of town with extra thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay feel special. Anything we needed was provided and Tana was great to communicate with. Sitting on the decks and listening to the creek was so serene after a day of exploring the park and felt like we had the world to ourselves. East Glacier Park is a quaint and friendly town where it is evident everyone knows each other and is very convenient to the Two Medicine area of GNP. GreyWood truly felt like home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Tana, for a wonderful conclusion to our amazing Montana vacation.

Glacier Quick Trip

We had a really nice stay at the house. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean and well stocked. Only challenge we had was with the Wi-Fi and TV being a bit fussy but the owner was very responsive regarding this. The Wi-Fi was critical because our cell service did not work much in this region.

Our "Go To" Home in East Glacier Village

We've stayed at this home multiple times starting in 2021 (most recently June 2025) and I can say the home gets better and better. The owner is constantly improving the house, super clean, and is located in a perfect village to use as a base when hiking in East Glacier. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the East side of GNP!

Fabulous cabin! Well Equipped, great views, Super comfortable TV area and bedroom, and a Lovely Deck for stargazing. Convenient access to Two Medicine entrance and not too far for day visits to other park areas. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Family time in Glacier National Park

Our large family rented two other homes in the neighborhood for a week of fun at glacier national Park. This particular home with its lovely and spacious outdoor decking and decking by the grill were perfect for outdoor gatherings. The host was entirely communicative with us answering every question we had an utterly prompt fashion.. highly recommended

Hear the river down below

The river is so close you can see and hear it. The glacier Lodge is in walking distance, so convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with any dish you might needed. Tana is a wonderful host. I will recommend this house to everyone. Thank you, Tana

Wonderful rental in East Glacier !

We had a great week at this lovely house! The host quickly replies if you have questions. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we did not have to pack much. We loved the location because you can enter Going to the Sun road from St. Mary’s and do not have to have a reserved pass. Highly recommended .

Beautiful Property

This property is amazing. The backyard is basically the NP and even has a river running through it. The house is well maintain, gorgeously decorated, and tons of room. Tana is a very responsive host, although we had no need to reach out to her during the stay. She even arranged for a neighbor to bring us a freshly made pie.

Amazing house in great location!

Tana’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults (4 couples.) The basement apartment is a great perk. As it allowed us to invite a 4th couple to join us. The house is beautiful, with a lot of amenities. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were gone most of the day hiking. So we didn’t have time to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. We would definitely stay at Tana’s house again.

Awesome view

We enjoyed our stay at Graywood. We were greeted with a yummy fruit pie made by a local baker to share at our family reunion. Such a thoughtful touch. The view and setting are exceptional. The child gates were a plus as we had a 2 year old in our party. The dishwasher was not functional most of our stay, but the owner Tana R. Was able to get it fixed the last day of our stay, which made clean up easier. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Awesome place to stay in East Glacier!

The house was amazing and located close to the park's east side entrances. We stayed here with family and had plenty of room for two kids and four adults to eat sleep and play. The large decks were great for grilling and relaxing and the huge living room was great for card games and family fun. We can't recommend this place enough. It was beautiful, clean, and the owner, Tana was super responsive and a great host!

Amazing Glacier vacation spot

Beautiful house!

Beautiful log house in a beautiful and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's nice and quiet and an easy drive to Glacier National Park.
