Large Family Home with Private Yard

Welcome to our family home. Our home offers plenty of room for your family and friends. We have 4 private bedrooms with one bed in each room and two bathrooms. You can enjoy a bbq in the private back yard or sit on the deck and enjoy quiet evenings in the yard watching the sunset over the mountains. There are great views, and it is located within walking distance to the historic and famous Glacier Park Lodge. There is a playground across the street and ice cream, shopping, dining out, bike and water rentals all within walking distance.

Family trip was for my granddaughter's graduation. We enjoyed a big fenced yard for a barbeque. Our family likes to play games, so were happy to see a variety of games to enjoy. We were also able to enjoy sight seeing in Glacier Park. We wished we could have stayed longer.

As there is not much available to rent for a group of six adults on the east side of Glacier, this worked out great for us. The location allowed us to spend one full day each at Two Medicine, the Saint Mary side of Going-to-the-Sun Road, and Many Glacier. The space inside was perfect for us; enough bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen for everyday cooking. The outside is definitely in need of repair, and the neighborhood is a little sketchy. However, we were out enjoying the great outdoors everyday, so those few downsides were no big deal.

Stayed here for vacation to Glacier NP. Good location, easy to get to, restaurants in walking distance. Clean, comfortable and host was easy to communicate with and made sure everything was ok.

Provided great communication about thier clean, up to date, and east to find property. This was a great location for Two Medicine Entrance of Glacier National Park. The St Mary entrance (Going to Sun Road East Entry) is about 40 minutes north of here. Restaurants were only a block from the property and we walked there with no issues. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at the house, it’s just outside the Two Medicine area of Glacier and near east Glacier restaurants. Also can access Many Glaciers entrance much faster than from the west. The outside is in need of paint and there are some boarded up houses in the neighborhood which initially concerned us, but the inside is nice and up to date and very clean with plenty of room for a family of 5 (or more).

This property was very adequate. The beds were very comfortable. Our only suggestion is more lighting in the living room. It seemed very dark in the evenings with only one small lamp to light the room.

We recently stayed at Sam’s house in East Glacier. Everything was perfect from the booking, to communications, to our stay. It was a very comfortable home, which was perfect for our family. The split plan is great and allowed for an adults only and separate kid friendly end of the house. Like touches like the fixings for s’mores, to Starbucks for the Keurig and mini moos were much appreciated. The kitchen is pretty well supplied and has a dishwasher and convection oven. The washer and dryer were handy, especially with kids. My granddaughters loved the playground at the school across the street. Easy walk to restaurants, The trading post, and gift shops. My family stayed at other properties in the area so it was easy for us to meet up. The place was so homey and had plenty of space for everyone. It is about 15 minutes from Two Medicine and 1.25-1.5 hours from Glacier International Airport. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks again for being a great host, Sam.

This property has lots of potential. The inside of the house is quite nice. We liked some of the touches as well as the fact that much looks brand new. Sam was very responsive to the needs as we presented them. Good for him. However, there were several substantial concerns. These included some electricity issues; breakers went off in one of the bathrooms and it also went off once we used the 1-cup kurig coffee system (suggests some unresolved electricity issues). A coffee machine for more than a single cup, given the four bedrooms, would be more appropriate. The wash machine did not work even though it seemed fairly new. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies (dish towels and wine opener, for example). The heat was not on and it was cold the very first night; when we asked, Sam mentioned that the gas simply wasn't turned on. Extra blankets in each room would have been appreciated. Having a spare propane for the grill would have been helpful; it ran out while we were cooking dinner on the second day. Sam responded with a new tank shortly after we informed him but dinner was interrupted. We know this is early on in Sam's efforts to have VRBO, we appreciated his responsiveness, and we want his place to be successful. We offer these recommendations in hopes that these issues will be resolved and that the cost of the house is justifiable by the quality of the stay.

We were the first renters of Sam’s new rental. The house was very clean and nicely setup. There was plenty of room for a larger family with the 4 bedrooms even thought we didn’t need that much space for our group. Sam was very responsive and easy to deal with regarding any questions we had. The location worked well for visiting the East side of Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our visit.
