(Stays 7 days or longer are negotiable, we offer a 10% military discount so please ask !) Your cozy getaway awaits in East Grand Forks at this beautiful house. With 3 fantastic bedrooms each featuring a queen bed along with 2 roll away twin beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also offers WiFi, a fitness room, AC, a washing machine, and heating for added convenience. The 3 total soothing bathrooms are equipped with showers and one with a shower/tub for a refreshing experience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Everything was wonderful. Levi was the best host I’ve had in any of my VRBO stays. The house and location was perfect. Highly recommend if you are ever in the Grand Forks area.

Our family were visiting for the weekend and needed a place where we could all stay together. The house was great and came with everything we needed. We were close to the airport, old town, and the university. We recommend Levi for anyone looking in this area.

Our daughter got married in the chapel on UND's campus and had her reception at the Gorecki alumni center. This property was the perfect home base for our family. It had plenty of space and we appreciated the 3 bathrooms for 6 adults. It was a quick and easy drive to UND and to the downtown restaurants and bars. We had extended family staying at other VRBOs in the area and we had the best one by far!

Very Nice Home

We were in Grand Fork for a wedding. Had a lot of activities to attend so did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities. Host were very accommodating with check in.

All around great place

Very nice, well-maintained property with lots of amenities. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, the neighborhood is quiet and calm. Beds were good, you get access to a lot of television stations and streaming services. It was a good place for some friends and myself to celebrate our friend’s birthday.

Work Lodging

The host was awesome! He was very prompt in answering any questions I had regarding the stay for 4 of my employees. The place was clean and kept up well and my employees enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be looking to book here again.
