A stylish barn door leads to 2 additional bedrooms, one king and one queen, with lake views. A remodeled, updated bathroom rounds out the upstairs. The lower level features an updated kitchen with maple cabinets and new stainless appliances. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen counter or dine in the dining room overlooking the lake. In the back a bedroom with two twin beds (can be combined for a king). Nearby a separate laundry room and a renovated bathroom with spa tub. The private dock is in place May-September and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Play corn hole on the grass in the backyard or enjoy a campfire around the fire-pit and roast s'mores (wood and s’mores provided). For more lakefront memories, this home belongs to the Princess Pocotopaug community, which shares two lakefront beaches down the street, with walk in beach front, floating raft and picnic tables. Private dock and raft for the community beaches and our home are put in the water in the warm season May-September. Water-crafts are available for use from our private dock during this time. Kayaks can also be launched at the small private beaches on Wangonk and South Wangonk. If you wish to bring your own watercraft during your stay, racks can be made available for storage.
