Questo contemporaneo di un livello si trova a soli 10 minuti dai villaggi di East Hampton e Amagansett. Si trova su un terreno privato, ben curato e alberato, delimitato da una riserva naturale. Il soggiorno con camino è affiancato da un lato dalla suite matrimoniale con letto king-size, bagno privato in marmo, TV / lettore DVD e accesso al ponte, offrendo la privacy che desideri, e dall'altro lato del soggiorno c'è un corridoio per tre camere da letto aggiuntive e bagno in comune.

La cucina ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e pavimento in piastrelle di terracotta e tutti gli accessori per cucinare e mangiare necessari e desiderati. Oltre all'aria condizionata centralizzata in tutta la casa, il soggiorno e ogni camera hanno un ventilatore a soffitto per raffreddare le stanze. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova al livello principale.

La casa ha un grande ponte superiore, a cui accedono quattro porte scorrevoli in vetro, con mobili da pranzo nel patio per 8 e grill a gas, e un ponte inferiore con piscina interrata circondata da uno splendido paesaggio fiorito e una doccia esterna chiusa. Ci sono 6 sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone e zattere da piscina.

C'è anche un garage per due auto con accesso diretto al seminterrato che ti rende comodo per entrare in casa, portare le biciclette e accedere al frigorifero del seminterrato dall'area della piscina. Sono inoltre disponibili sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, un seggiolone e due biciclette.

Beautiful Charming Home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It has to be one of the nicest rentals that we have experienced. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedding and amenities were all deluxe. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it did look amazing. We look forward to staying with you in the future.

Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend

This was the perfect location to spend time with our adult daughters. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and the house was so nicely put together that our stay was really comfortable.

Great visit

We enjoyed the visit. The space was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. We visited in the offseason but the deck and pool space is beautiful. We would definitely rent this property again.

Hamptons perfection

Hamptons wedding weekend was even better with our stay here! House was designed perfectly for our family of 5 adults. Easy access to wedding venues beach and our own pool was amazing Donna was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating Outdoor space was really beautiful and the ammenties in house were perfect for our long weekend

Thanksgiving in East Hampton

My family (6 total with grandparents) enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving and Donna communicated quickly and clearly to get our lease agreement done and set up for a 3 night stay. Donna even turned the heat on for us before we arrived. The property is clearly and accurately described on VRBO. It is very well stocked. We made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable. The layout of the house was great for our small family gathering with one big great room with couches, fireplace, and TV attached to a kitchen. The only downside is that you can hear people talking and the TV from the bedrooms, so if someone in your group wants to go to bed early, they will hear what is going on the the main room. We were there off-season so the pool was closed, but it is just down some stairs from the back deck. We would definitely return to this property, in or out of season.

Immaculate house in Springs!

We had a very enjoyable stay with two of our grandsons. The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was easy to get to, although, much further from East Hampton than we were used to. The neighborhood is very quiet and near to the water. An excellent choice for a qiet getaway!

Girls weekend

Despite the rainy 4 days straight, we had an awesome time. House is beautiful, nice location, and the beds were so comfy. The house is clean, tastefully designed , FULLY EQUIPPED and ready for you to just drop your bags and enjoy your stay. Spent a day at Duck Walk winery approx 30 min away- great time and had indoor seating. Definitely recommend!

Cozy and Spacious Hamptons Getaway

We highly recommend this house. Large spacious living area with fireplace was cozy over the holidays. The kitchen is lovely to dine in and well equipped for cooks. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the special Christmas touches she provided. Property is beautifully appointed and decorated. It is truly a home, not just a vacation rental.

Birthday Celebration

Visiting from NC with friends and family from Long Island and Connecticut to celebrate my 60th Birthday. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home at Donna's home. The home was not only comfortable and inviting but extremely clean. Donna was very easy to work with and the home was close to everything we needed.

Perfect getaway home with the right amount of character!

Donna was a fantastic host. Her home is wonderful - we enjoyed cooking in her chic kitchen and making fires in the lovely fireplace during the cold winter nights.
