“We stayed 2 nights, the first room had a lot of ants so we asked them to switch the room. The other room had also ants, the third room was okay so we decided to move the room. It was 2nd floor which is no elevator. They said no other room we can use elevator but I don’t think so. Definitely not busy time. The room is ocean front but it is partially ocean front view because of the big tree. I recommend to request upper floor. I don’t think this is not a perfect location to stay in Hilo...

“The start of the stay started off well with Sarge, the property manager, and all, with him cooking for us and welcoming us in. The rules were very strict in having no outter footwear inside the house. The property was nice with a stray cat, named White Knight, being around the property to be there during your stay.
