“We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

“We were told by front desk that we had to pay $14 for parking. "The bad news is, there isn't really another option." The parking that we had to pay for was far away, (I am in great shape and can do pull ups and it was a bit much for me with my bags) and we had to travel up and down a flight of steps with our suitcases. “Great communication, great place to stay . perfect location”

“Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.”
