“We had a wonderful and restful overnight stay at this wonderful hotel. The room that we booked had issues with the AC, and we were given another room. The manager took us around and showed us one of the two rooms they had available, and right away we chose the first without looking at the other one. The room that we got was more than what we expected. It was clean, spacious, and we slept throughout the night without no issues. We did have dinner at the hotel bar and the food was good and the...

“When we checked in we were told to ask for housekeeping the next morning to have our room cleaned. We did as we were told however our room was never cleaned and when we asked the front desk they didn’t seem to care that we were upset. We asked for clean towels and at least they gave us that. We won’t stay here again.”
