“Second floor room no elevator. Traveling with my mom who doesn't get around very well. She was able to make the stairs but had a hard time. The stairway is out side and very dirty. I asked for a towel and got the third degree. We had 3 people in our room and only 2 towels. There was something in the shower looked like pee. We stayed 3 nights never once hurd a vacuum going when they were up cleaning..? Rooms seem to have thick walls didn't hear much nice outside. The balcony was nice. Beds were...
