“The breakfast is amazing, beds super comfortable and grounds stunning. Location was perfect and staff wonderful. Also the tub in our room was incredible.
Only suggestion would be for coffee in the room in the morning. Otherwise it was a literal perfect stay ”

“This property is NOT IHG quality! Pros: Walkable location for downtown New London events, fairly clean, spotty customer service. Cons: This property is SEVERELY outdated and VERY overpriced. Bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom with ZERO updates to the room. The price charged ($405.95) is OUTRAGEOUS. The property definitely changes room rates based on demand and events int the area. This felt almost criminal. We do NOT recommend this property and will avoid IHG hotels due to this lack of...
