“The property was clean and modern. It was perfect for a short trip to Cooperstown. The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations with a wide variety of hot food as well as typical free breakfast staples. All day coffee station was a nice feature as well. Our family had a great time.”

“Room smelled musty our entire day. The people in the room next to us were smoking in their room. The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out. The morning breakfast was hosted by a very rude woman who would slam lid shut if someone forgot to close it. They’re also was approximately 6 to 8 ladybugs in our bathroom at any point.”

“Room was nice. Lots of space. Included a good hot breakfast. No bar or lounge but restaurant only a few hundred feet away. ”

“Overall: It’s a beautiful property with a view for miles! Pros: The staff are lovely and very helpful. Each room has a great view over the hills. We had a cozy fire on the lobby and played board games. Cons: it’s a rural property up so the shower water has a bit of a smell. We came in October and I can’t can’t overstate how gorgeous the fall colours are from the property. We had a great stay and would return for sure - but it’s already almost fully booked for next summer. ”
