“Breakfast was good! It could use a better cleaning all over and shampoo the carpets(you can smell them), the front desk staff was awesome, one housekeeper was nice but the rest of the housekeeping staff needs training including the housekeeping supervisor, she promised me that housekeeping would clean our room and replace our towels since we were there 2 days, they didn’t even breathe in our room! No indoor pool and the outside pool is out of order I guess smh no microwave in the rooms

“This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!”
