The hot tub was the icing on the cake for my Mother's Day weekend and my son loved both the pool and hot tub. I was traveling with my elderly mother and 8 year old child (we were so tired) so I asked for an early check-in and Mari (hope I spelled her name right) was able to accommodate that for me with understanding, kindness, and professionalism. “room were not cleaned and the bedding had blood on them when we talk to them they change are room but it was in another room just the same but had bullets mark on the wall they said there were sorry but would not refund me and told us to deal with it. ”

“Never came to clean our room in a 5 nights stay, bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. Room tv didnt work. Empty box of tissues in room, spider in toilet with a whole web. No bathroom towels. No sponge or dish soap for kitchen utensils. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Terrible stay my family of 6 couldn't wait to leave. ”
