“Very clean and comfortable ”

“We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We booked the renewed room, and was really nice, clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view!! I suggest to book these rooms for a nice holiday. I would suggest, though, a little improvement in the breakfast that was not at the same level. ”

“We stayed for one night ”

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

“L’Anchor Inn è un albergo molto carino e in ottima posizione su Hyannis. Le camere sono semplici ma accoglienti, così come il resto dell’albergo. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è nella media. Nell’insieme abbiamo soggiornato bene ed in un buon clima, ci tornerei volentieri ”

“We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming. Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so...

“We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! ”
