“The room itself was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and we were very happy with the accommodation itself. However, the biggest challenge was the parking and unloading situation. There is no parking available at the property, and nowhere to safely pull over in front of the building to unload luggage. We were travelling with several bags, and one member of our party has limited mobility. Having to unload on a busy street with buses passing very close...

We appreciated the amenities in our room. The only downside was we weren’t told parking cost extra. After we left, I received an invoice for two days of parking @28.99 per day.”
