The Cozy Cottage was exactly as described and a perfect calming retreat after our busy days attending the annual IMEC conference in Peoria. The tasteful decor, abundant outlets for charging devices, spacious/sparkling bathroom and quiet neighborhood were all so appreciated. And that sweet office nook made me wish I were a novelist so I could return for a mini writing retreat!Branden was professional, friendly, and quick to reply to all communications. A lovely, welcoming and peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful cozy cottage! Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the bathroom with large deep tub AND a walkin shower. The kitchen was well equipped and living room very comfy. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. I am not sure that the blow up queen mattress would fit in the office if needed but it could be used in the living room. Simple check in and very easy communications with the host. Highly recommend!

Superb STR in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed two nights at the Cozy Cottage. It's comfortable, nicely decorated, has great kitchen with everything you need for morning coffee or to cook a meal. The house is near a walking/biking trail that I took advantage of for morning runs. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage.

Weekend Getaway in Peoria

The location of this property was in a quiet residential neighborhood but still near everything we wanted to do. The house was as described and was the perfect size for my husband and I.

This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.

Quiet bungalow

This cute bungalow has been updated and has a huge bathroom. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and right next to a great walking or biking trail, the River Trail of Illinois.

Our Honeymoon GetAway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful & just enough room for my wife and I. The bedroom was a little airy so we slept in living room on air mattress for a couple nights. But overall we would definitely come back. Thanks for being super responsive.

What a lovely little home! We were in East Peoria for a 50 year high school reunion and this house was perfect for us. We lived just up the street on Gardena from 1979 to 1981 and it was wonderful being back in this sweet, quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and comfortable and the hosts are quick to respond to any questions. We were a little worried about finding the place since we were arriving after dark, but the place is easy to find and very well lit at night. The kitchen is well stocked with any tools and dishes you might need to prepare meals. The bath was HUGE, with a tub and separate walk-in shower and everything was updated nicely. If we come back to Peoria we will definitely stay here again.

4.5 stars for me. It was a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive and kind. Loved the decor. Simple place but really cute. Only concern was a tricky lock pad but owner gave options for entry, I hate disturbing people in the middle of the night, but he made me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience. I would stay again since I work in government. There is a really nice Starbucks and EV charging station near by.

College softball tournament

We visited because of the college softball tournament at Eastside Centre. It was a lovely cottage, perfect for 2. Contacting Mr. Martin was east and the check in instructions were easy to follow. The check out instructions were also so simple. Would highly recommend working with Mr. Martin again.

Great little home

Husband and I stayed overnight while we were in town for a comedy show. It was cheaper than a hotel. It was super clean. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Personal space. Driveway or garage parking. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place just hard to sleep there

The house was clean and very updated. Only had to negatives that made it impossible to sleep. The neighbors lights shown through bedroom windows all night. It was so bright which made it really hard to sleep. So the bedroom definitely needs black out curtains. The bed was comfortable except the bed frame. Anytime I moved it made a very loud squeaking sound. It kept waking up everyone every time I moved. My one year old maybe got two hours of sleep. She was with me in bedroom, so between lights and bed squeaking she couldn’t sleep. So definitely made for a grumpy baby the rest of the day. Otherwise property was really nice. We also ended up leaving something there, and they made it extremely easy for us to get it. If there were black out curtains, and new bed frame I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
