It is directly across from the beach, and near several convenience stores and restaurants that are easy to walk to. The rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were as well. We had an ocean view and it was great. The pool on the 6th floor was great, we only used it once since we were right across the street from the beach. “Rooms are generally clean for an older property, there will be patches of marks etc. Would be nice to provide coffee or tea bags for the room.”

The remaining staff project an arrogant and dismissive attitude and appear to lack basic courtesy, such as greeting guests or using simple pleasantries like “hello”, “thank you”, or “good morning”. This significantly affects the experience, particularly for long-term guests. Substantial improvements in hospitality standards are needed.”

“Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

I phoned the lobby but no one was there, mind you there was no one at the lobby when I was checking in and it was very confusing and shabby..
